Dr. Shailesh Kumar

Dr. Shailesh Kumar serves as the Global Ambassador of the Kumarya Foundation for European regions, representing the organization from his base in the United Kingdom. A dedicated academic, he is a Lecturer in Law at the Department of Law and Criminology at Royal Holloway, University of London. Dr. Kumar specializes in contemporary legal studies, contributing significantly to the fields of criminal justice, human rights, and comparative law. With a strong academic and research background, he has published widely in prestigious journals and has been an active participant in international conferences and seminars. His role as a Global Ambassador reflects his commitment to fostering global collaboration and driving initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s vision of education and sustainable development. Dr. Kumar’s expertise and dedication make him a valuable asset in promoting the Foundation’s mission across Europe.

Ms. Chetna Priya,

Ms. Chetna Priya, originally from Patna, Bihar, is a dynamic researcher in higher education governance. With academic credentials from Delhi University, JNU, and an MPhil from NIEPA, she is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Virginia, focusing on institutional governance and autonomy in India. As a global ambassador of the Kumarya Foundation in the USA, she collaborates with international education bodies, advocating for policy reforms and impactful governance. A trained Kathak dancer, she blends cultural preservation with academic pursuits. Her expertise, global perspective, and commitment to education make her a key asset to advancing meaningful reforms in the field.
